This project was made with the SparkFun inventor's Kit along with the Arduino program for programming. My partner and I collaborated and thought of the project we were going to do, we decided on programming a song then adding lights to flash on the beats. Our circuit board was powered by a USB plug connecting to the computer we program on. We plugged in wires from the circuit board to the breadboard and plugged a Piezo buzzer into the breadboard. A Piezo buzzer is a tiny speaker that makes notes by vibrating extremely fast, creating a noise. The song we chose was "Gourmet Race" from the Kirby Franchise, here is the song below!
CONCEPTS: |
Current: Flow of electricity from positive to negative.
Series Circuits: The current goes through multiple resistors in a row.
Voltage: Push, pull or electricity across a resistor.
Power: The quantity work has to do with a force causing a displacement.
Circuit: A full loop made of a conducting material from one side of a power source to the other side.
Parallel Circuits: The current has several routes it can take.
Series Circuits: When the current goes through multiple resistors in a row.
Resistance: An Obstacle to a current that resists, slows, or weakens down current.
